Established 1418 H – 1997 G as IT development consultants to support our clients with hardware and software systems, with that we worked on developing for our client’s management system structure, to support human resources, logistics, finance, sales and marketing departments. At the same time with expertise in mining we worked in developing mining projects, Egypt Gold project, Algeria Gold Project, Botswana diamond project, Central Africa Republic diamond project, in all mining industries prospects from appraisals to marking and published a paper on implementing Value engineering methodology in the mining sector, also, many topics on mining evaluations and appraisal techniques.

In year 2001 we did a major diversification to the business concept, by working on Change Management, Management Quality Systems, in assisting all type of Government and Privet companies to implement ISO standard and EFQM excellence models. Developing a strategy for long-run survival and growth, and the overall strategic plans to define marketing’s role of company. Extensive experience in developing feasibility studies. Experienced in dealing with government relations and negotiations of projects locally and internationally. Build excellent and efficient networking with business industry and governmental agencies.
